Weigh ins at 10am. Competition at 11am.

€100 per team of 5 to enter. (ie €20 per competitor)

Weight Classes -68kg, -75kg, -83kg, -92kg, +92kg

€500 and the NOGI cup to winning team.

PHILIP SCOLLARD WON BY RNC round 1 against Ray Dowd Kilkenny and Richie Ivory in his MMA debut won by ref stoppage due to GNP from back mount against Shane Thomas, Kokoro. Congrats to both guys.

Darragh O Conaill and Philip Scollard will both be in action at EFR in Belfast on the 25th of October.
