Informed Performance Competition this Saturday. If you are free you should compete. NO classes as a result this Saturday. Wrestling class as part of the course will take place this Friday at 8.30pm instead of Saturday.  Andy Thompson will be fighting on Cage Contender on February 5th in Carrickfergus.
