 Starting Wed 13th January running every Monday and Wed from 6-7pm and Saturdays from 12 -1.30pm until the 3rd of February. (1o classes in all) Two places left 60 euro for the course. Contact me for registration, do not just show up.

Our next Beginners BJJ course will begin on Monday 8th February at 6pm, running every Monday and Wednesday from 6pm – 7pm for 5 weeks. 10 classes in all, plus a free month of training afterward. 60 euro.
