Freestyle Wrestling Course
Starting Wed 13th January running every Monday and Wed from 6-7pm and Saturdays from 12 -1.30pm until the 3rd of February. (1o classes in all) Two places left 60 euro for the course. Contact me for registration, do not just show up.

Our next Beginners BJJ course will begin on Monday 8th February at 6pm, running every Monday and Wednesday from 6pm – 7pm for 5 weeks. 10 classes in all, plus a free month of training afterward. 60 euro. Please do not just show up. Phone or mail me to register, there are still places available on this course.

hi would really be interested in the begginer classes how do i pay and is ther any begginer classes in clondalkin as i am from portlaoise and dat would be closer for me any info would be appriciated thanks
