Chris has landed and is all set for this Saturday’s Seminar. 11am registration, 1130am start.  Richie Ivory from NG Arklow and Kevin Murdock (making his pro MMA debut) this Friday in Ultimate Conflict III ‘Anarchy’ in the Mourne County Hotel in Newry.  CB will be at class tonight from 7pm. Belfast Seminar on Sunday 1pm in the Valley Leisure Centre, Glengormley.
